## 01 Summary
Mohamad Al-Shami (born July 27, 2005) is a Jordanian-Palestinian entrepreneur, EdTech founder, property consultant, and international DJ based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and in Amman, Jordan during the summer. He joined Eternity on March 14, 2026 as Co-Founder and Co-CEO alongside Omar Abu Ghoush, bringing a career already shaped by sales, international business, property advisory, logistics, and live entertainment.

His work moves across industries, but the direction is consistent: making difficult opportunities easier to reach across borders. Whether the system is university admissions, property investment, supply-chain operations, or a room full of people brought together by music, Al-Shami works at the point where trust must become action.

## 02 How it began
Al-Shami grew up between a Jordanian-Palestinian identity and an international view of business. His father, Hilmi Al-Shami, founded Tucker International USA Inc. in 1993 and built it around logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply-chain management. Through that environment, Mohamad saw early that global commerce is not abstract: it depends on thousands of promises being kept, routes being coordinated, and complex systems becoming reliable for the people who use them.

At Monterey Bay Academy in California, he graduated in 2023 with a 4.0 GPA. He later enrolled at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville to study Business Management, focusing on entrepreneurship, global markets, and business strategy. Yet education was only one part of those years. He was also learning operations at Tucker International, sharpening sales in premium retail, producing music, performing internationally, and beginning to understand how relationships move ideas from possibility into reality.

The unusual range was not a detour. Logistics taught him systems; retail taught him persuasion; performance taught him how to read a room; and real estate taught him the weight of trust when a decision involves millions. By the time he entered education technology, he had learned the same lesson in several different forms: access means little unless someone can guide a person through the complexity standing between interest and commitment.

## 03 The thread of the story
Music began first. From 2015 onward, Al-Shami developed as a DJ and producer while still moving through school, eventually performing from Budapest and Boston to Dubai, Amman, Cairo, and Miami. The rooms grew larger — including a sold-out 1,200-capacity show in Budapest and performances at the Pyramids of Giza and the Dead Sea — but the deeper education was in audiences: how people decide to trust an experience, and how energy becomes momentum.

At the same time, work inside Tucker International exposed him to the operational machinery behind international trade. Premium retail strengthened his sales discipline, and Abu Dhabi real estate raised the stakes. Advising international investors and ultra high net worth individuals, he facilitated more than USD 25 million in property transactions, learning to translate unfamiliar markets into decisions clients could make with confidence.

That combination led naturally to Eternity. When he joined Omar Abu Ghoush as co-founder on March 14, 2026, he entered a problem defined by broken access: too many students, too few counselors, billions in grants left unclaimed, and a journey fragmented across disconnected services. His role became the commercial counterpart to the platform — turning a complete education-mobility system into partnerships, trust, and a path that institutions and students can actually enter.

## 04 Current ventures
Al-Shami’s ventures sit in different markets but share a commercial instinct: find where complexity blocks opportunity, then build the relationship and structure that allow people to move through it.

### Eternity — Co-Founder & Co-CEO — Mar 2026 – Present
Eternity is the first AI-powered EdTech platform designed to handle a student’s entire university journey in one place. It combines more than 20,000 verified universities with real-time scholarship matching, student housing, and relocation support. At its center is SAGE, an AI advisor that gives personalized guidance from a student’s academic profile and goals. Al-Shami leads the commercial side of the company, connecting the technology to the students, institutions, and partners it was built to serve.

### Havoc — Founder & CEO — Jun 2026 – Present
A fighting championship founded in Amman, Jordan to give overlooked fighters across the region a credible path to the international stage. After training and fighting professionally for eight years, Al-Shami decided to support the sport that shaped him by building the opportunities he knew many talented athletes never receive. Havoc brings together his experience in combat sports, entertainment, and live-event production with the network and commercial skills developed across his other ventures. The result is a platform designed not only to stage fights, but to discover regional talent, build fighter visibility, and help the next generation rise beyond the local circuit.

## 05 Real estate
Alongside his technology work, Al-Shami advises international investors and ultra high net worth individuals on property opportunities across the United Arab Emirates. Based in Abu Dhabi, he focuses on international buyer representation, investment strategy, market analysis, and client advisory.

He has facilitated more than USD 25 million in property transactions. The figure reflects more than sales volume: each transaction required him to turn an unfamiliar market into a clear case for action, connecting global investors with high-growth opportunities across Abu Dhabi’s real estate ecosystem, including work connected to PSI.

## 06 Music career
Al-Shami has been active as a DJ and music producer since 2015. His performances have taken him to Budapest, Dubai, Miami, Boston, Amman, and Cairo, including a sold-out 1,200-capacity show in Budapest, large-scale events at the Dead Sea, and an appearance at the Pyramids of Giza.

He has shared stages with artists including Monolink, Dixon, Jonas Blue, Bedouin, Adam Port, MoBlack, Francis Mercier, Amr Diab, and &friends. His productions blend Middle Eastern, Latin, and African influences and have accumulated more than one million streams globally.

## 07 Tucker International USA Inc.
In 2023, Al-Shami joined Tucker International USA Inc., the international logistics company founded and led by his father, Hilmi Al-Shami. Working across operations and logistics gave him direct exposure to the systems that keep goods, teams, and information moving across borders.

His work covered inventory management, shipment coordination, warehouse workflows, and supply-chain efficiency. It became an early operating education: a close view of how large systems depend on precision at every handoff, and how small failures in communication can affect an entire chain. That experience shaped the systems thinking he later carried into real estate, live events, and the ventures he built himself.

## 08 Philosophy & vision
“I let my work introduce me.”

Al-Shami’s career is multidisciplinary not because the fields are interchangeable, but because each has trained a different part of the same operating instinct. Logistics taught him that systems fail at their handoffs. Sales taught him that value must be understood before it can be chosen. Real estate taught him that trust is built through clarity when the stakes are high. Music taught him that people respond to confidence, timing, and a shared sense of direction.

Eternity brings those lessons into one mission. The student-to-counselor ratio leaves millions without meaningful guidance, while funding and relocation information remain scattered across systems students are expected to navigate alone. His work is to help turn Eternity’s technology into a trusted route through that disorder — not another portal to visit, but a complete journey students can understand and institutions can support.

The ambition is broader than succeeding in several industries. It is to build across borders without losing coherence: to connect people with opportunities that once felt distant, and to make the path between them practical, credible, and human.
